YOUR REQUIREMENT
- Customer shares its requirement along with specification, drawings, quality standards, Scope of work, Volume (Sample as well as series supply), preferred Inco terms, delivery required, desired Payment terms, budget/target cost etc.
- We sign NDA (back to back) as needed by our customers to ensure seamless confidentiality.
INITIAL FEASABILITY STUDY
- Our Procurement Specialist & SMEs conducts immediate techno-commercial feasibility.
- We contact the customer for any additional information needed and or with quick suggestions on technical parameters.
- We propose list of the supplier base along with their profiles who would be part of the RFQ.
LAUNCH OF FORMAL RFQ TO POTENTIAL SUPPLIERS
- Our Procurement Specialist & SMEs launch formal RFQ to the potential suppliers from our existing data base or new as needed and/or as suggested by customers, who can meet your requirements and expectations.
- We get the final specifications (in case of any changes) approved by you before final quote and negotiation process to avoid any surprises later.
- All that are done with speed, so our customers are assured & relaxed.
FACT BASED AND TRASNPARENT NEGOTIATIONS
- Detailed cost comparison is shared with our customers with recommended negotiation strategy and key points to be focused.
- Commercial negotiation can be done jointly and finalised unless fully delegated to GLOBSI team.
- Criteria used to evaluate and select suppliers include Quality, Cost, Delivery, Payment terms, Suppliers financial situation and others such as global clientele exposure and overall organisation culture.
- Final negotiation results are documented with the suppliers and overall summary is shared with our customers.
- We are committed to ensure that Indian suppliers offers high quality of the product/services and reliable deliveries in future, that is the key focus point.
APPROVAL, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION
- Customer approves the business case & release the formal Purchase order on suppliers.
- In case of non-approved suppliers, suppliers’ audits are conducted based on customers go ahead and direction & reports are shared with customer for final approval.
- We ensure that Suppliers provide formal order acceptance to our customers.
- We ensure that quality acceptance standards & additional suggestions from our customers are implemented at suppliers end before product manufacturing.
- We manage entire order execution with project management approach, update the progress on weekly basis.
- We ensure that products along with all necessary shipping documents are shipped from suppliers to your destination on time as per agreed terms.
- GLOBSI ensures Seamless and proactive communication.
Commercial activities are executed accurately & swiftly, typically within 2-14 days depending on project complexity, enabling customers to maintain their schedules.
